What this means in practice
A listing appearing here is not a recommendation. Listing content, including prices, availability, photography and amenities, is supplied by the landlord or property manager, and they are responsible for its accuracy.
Any tenancy agreement is between you and the landlord. College Pads is not a party to it, does not hold deposits, and does not act as an agent for either side.
Use your own judgement
Inspect a property before you commit to it, read the lease in full, and be cautious of any landlord asking for payment before you have seen a unit or signed an agreement. If something about a listing looks wrong, tell us on our listing accuracy page and we will look into it.
